A new style of pizza to us, Ouro Pizzaria is located at Eat Street Crossing in Minneapolis. Brazilian-style includes thinner crusts, maybe some cream cheese, possibly sweet flavor, and unexpected toppings. Does Brazilian sabor impress?

Pelé

Highlights: great texture, excellent taste

Lowlights: sloppy to handle

Shrimp Portuguesa

Highlights: its creativity sparks conversation (gets the table talking)

Lowlights: toppings don't adhere

Brasilia

Highlights: good presentation and handling, delicious chicken

Lowlights: excessive catupiry cheese

Ipanema

Lowlights: flavors not well balanced
