Mothership Pizza
mom, you're embarrassing me
A new pizza shop on 50th and France, Mothership Pizza opened in the last two months. They serve wood-fired pizzas, many named after women, in their smedium-sized restaurant. It was very busy when we arrived, and we were eager to learn whether that was because of the new restaurant bump period or the pizza being elite.
We dined in the evening, the music was loud, and the lights shifted blue. Naturally, this created difficulty in capturing footage. We found the choice to discolor the pizza the chef curates with the blue-washed light strange, but you may have better luck in the daytime. The result is our footage being on the struggle bus for this review, but hopefully some color shifting on the videos (we kept the photos as is so you can see our true experience there), audio boost, and subtitles help you digest our review. We'll work to improve our capture ability in more challenging restaurants like this one.
