Centennial Lakes Park in Edina has a new pizza place as of the end of 2024. The family-owned Fired Up Pizzeria serves wood-fired pizzas with many Indian ingredients and flavors to mix in. We ordered a couple Indian influenced pizzas, a couple traditional styles, and visited in the evening because these pizzas are not exclusively available during work hours.

The Punjabii

Toppings: Makhani sauce, paneer, onions, peppers, roasted garlic, ginger, pizza cheese

Highlights: Makhani sauce and paneer are great

Lowlights: undercooked peppers

Kabab Special

Toppings: Lamb kebab, chicken kebab, onions and pineapple, pizza cheese

Highlights: lamb kebab is excellent

Lowlights: burnt crust, pineapple is out of place and unnecessary

The Greens

Toppings: house sauce, green pepper, spinach, jalapeños, feta cheese, roasted eggplant, broccoli, pizza cheese

Highlights: unique assortment of vegetables

Lowlights: jalapeño flavor isn't quite right

Meats All the Way

Toppings: House sauce, sausage, pepperoni, ham, bacon, beef, chicken, pizza cheese

Highlights: pleasantly light tasting for a meat heavy pizza

Lowlights: no complementary flavors
