EaTo is an Italian restaurant located in the Downtown East neighborhood of Minneapolis. Pizzas are offered in a traditional red sauce, and a parmesan cream white sauce. We dined in and taste tested two of each

Toppings: red sauce, italian sausage, mozzarella, parmesan

Highlights: it's non-toxic
Lowlights: oily and bland, so a mushy mess

Vegetable Gremolata

Toppings: red sauce, mozzarella, roasted vegetables, fresh garlic, parsley, lemon zest

Highlights: great presentation and well cooked, quality vegetables
Lowlights: inconsistency quality slice to slice, nothing added to complement the vegetables' flavor
