Lowlights: way too much arugula that it doesn't allow other flavors to come through

Lime chili crust, corn, red onion, mozzarella, parmesan, citrus crema, cilantro

Highlights: featured sauce is very good. Great texture; good aroma, presentation, and taste
Lowlights: overall flavor is lacking a little, needs some minor balance tweaks

Hot Honey
